Alan Tawil-Kummerman: Chairman

British born with a French secondary school education, Alan graduated from Swarthmore College in the USA with a Bachelor of Arts.  Following his studies at Swarthmore College, Alan went on to complete a Management degree as a Sloan Fellow at MIT’s Sloan School.

Alan began his career in London with Lazard Brothers, a London based Merchant Bank.  In 1980, he took part in building a servicing division at MacGregor's, a leading multinational marine equipment manufacturer with a network of 40 facilities throughout the world with 2000 employees. He became a member of the Board of Directors until the Company was sold on to Kone, a Finnish multinational Company.

Alan then acted as a primary business angel behind the formation of IXEurope.  The latter has since merged with Equinix forming the largest co-location company in the world, quoted on the Nasdaq.

He also co-founded and served as the Chairman of Silverwire, a leading B2B online photography business that was successfully sold to Hewlett Packard in 2006.

Today Alan serves as Chairman of Silentsoft, a leading M2M company based in Switzerland and also acts as Executive Chairman of Exmart, Ltd and is actively involved in the development of the business.

Jack Zhang: General Manager

After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences in 1997, Jack has worked in the IT industry for over eleven years.  During this time, Jack has taken on a variety of roles as a software engineer, project manager, and general manager for a range of software companies.

In 1999, Jack was the main developer  and team leader of one of China’s earliest e-learning platforms.  Following this, Jack went on to develop one of China’s leading online security trading platforms.

Since 2004, Jack has been involved in the management and founding of SilverNet, an online-based photography services company. Following SilverNet’s takeover by Hewlett Packard in 2006, Jack went on to join Clicmobile Pacific and form Clicmobile Pacific in China, which has been renamed Exmart .

Today Jack continues to excel as the leader of ExOutsourcing’s dynamic team providing web and PC-based software solutions as well as mobile phone applications to clients from around the world.

Wang Surong: Finance Manager

Ms Wang Surong graduated from Zhejiang University with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.  Surong, then went on to study with the ACCA (Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants) and gained a full qualification as an Accredited Accountant. She today holds a full ACCA membership.

Prior to joining Exmart’s team in 2008, Surong worked with Grant Thornton CPAs, a Chinese member of Grant Thornton International, as a project manager and finance manager of a subsidiary of Singapore listed company United Engineers Limited.

As the Finance Manager of ExOutsourcing in China, Surong is head of the business financial, treasury and accounting departments.

Lyida Liu : Project Manager
Lydia liu has been working in the IT industry since finishing her business degree from Hebei University in 2000. She then joined Sun Microsystems where she participated in the Lustre project (Clustered file systems), responsible for project tracking.
At ExOutsourcing Lydia is in charge of project management, including mobile phone app development as well as web apps.
Lydia is familiar with TSP/PSP system (project management system) for secure budget and time control of projects. She has built a strong track record of bringing in projects in time at the quality level required.
