In June 2006, Silvernet (Shanghai) Ltd and its parent company, Silverwire Holdings, were acquired by Hewlett Packard. Exmart was established in 2006 as a continuation of SilverNet (Shanghai) Ltd. In confirming its commitment to China, Exmart has formed a subsidiary in Beijing, called Exmart Information technology (Beijing) Ltd., In our outsourcing business, we created a brand called ExOutsourcing, as a division of Exmart who aims to offer and fulfill outsourcing services for clients mostly located in English and French speaking countries. Exmart also has affiliated companies located in France and Switzerland.
